Permissions, approvals and audit are designed together with a region-specific responsibility structure.

Permissions and approvals

Residents' personal data, shop orders and local government monitoring data must be separated by purpose and permission. State changes such as settlement or policy execution are designed to include approval and audit records.

Region-led operation

The proposal materials set out open source code, local workforce development and local-government-led operation as principles. The scope of source disclosure, licensing and operating contracts must be confirmed separately.

Certification and deployment

No claim is made that certifications such as CSAP or ISMS-P have been obtained. On-premises, public cloud and network separation are to be reviewed for each deployment environment, and offline operation additionally requires procedures for bringing in models, assets and updates.
