Reuse a shared foundation and extend it to fit each region's services, policies and operations.

LocalON Core

The structure centres on shared functions such as membership and permissions, products and content, orders, reservations, payments, vouchers and settlement, reducing the repeated builds each region would otherwise undertake. This website does not implement that backend.

Core / Data / Operations / AI

The four platforms in the latest proposal materials are Core (shared services), Data (regional data), Operations (regional operations) and AI (analysis and guidance). Through joint on-site development and bootcamps, the regional operating capability is designed together with the platform. AI features will be validated during the design and pilot process.

Regional configuration and services

The approach aims to separate screens, menus, regional programmes and policies into regional modules. A region's existing public delivery apps and delivery agencies are considered for integration after their contract, API and authentication conditions have been verified.
