Prerequisites for connecting regional services and operational data.

Integration targets

Public services, local vouchers, orders and reservations, independent stores and delivery services are under consideration as integration targets. Each agency's data-provision rights, API terms of use and the purpose of personal data processing are confirmed first.

Business model

The relationships between residents, shops, products, orders, facilities and settlement can be described as business objects. For each object, the identifier, owner, update frequency and access scope must be defined.

Validation before live integration

Authentication, network paths, data consistency, failure recovery and settlement reconciliation must be validated. The current portal has no production connectors and no ability to make real API calls.
