About LocalON OS
The direction and core concepts of a local living-economy OS that connects residents, shops and local government.
Connecting local life and the local economy
LocalON OS aims to be a local living-economy platform that connects everyday services tailored to each resident's role, independent online stores and sales channels for shops, and the operational perspective of local government. This portal is a design guide based on the presentation and proposal materials provided. Technical specifications for the actual API and production products have not yet been published.
Three user perspectives
Residents use services suited to their region and role, shops manage products, orders and independent stores, and local government oversees services and the flow of local vouchers. Screens and data are separated according to the permissions and purpose of each perspective.
Documentation and feature status
The current site is an introduction and an in-browser trial MVP. Payments, vouchers, settlement, delivery integration and public-agency submissions are not actually connected. Adoption terms require consultation with each region and technical validation.
