Confirm operational and regional conditions

The responsible department, operating staff, existing services, data-provision rights and budget structure are confirmed. The Mungyeong materials are an adoption proposal and do not represent a contract or track record.

Demonstration and PoC

Resident, shop and local government flows are demonstrated, and the core services and integration scope to be validated are defined. Target metrics and duration are finalised in agreement with the pilot region.

Scaling operations

The scope of services is expanded after defining training for local staff, transfer of permissions, incident response, security updates and support responsibilities. Staffing, revenue and outcome figures in the presentation materials are distinguished as plans or projections.
